Dear All, just to keep you up to date I wanted to let you know that there has been a fair bit of correspondence between PICAT and the Attorney General’s office that you can see on our website at

Robbie and I have been corresponding with the 3 pro-bono lawyers from Doughty Street to reach various compromises in our responses to the questions that the A-G has asked us.
Now that we have sent this most recent email we expect a substantive response to our request for permission to proceed through the courts. We (and especially Robbie who has done so much research and work on this project) will then need to all meet together to work out our response, including a possible judicial review if the A-G does not give his consent. We are moving forward slowly but surely!
