Attorney General’s office ask for more evidence

22nd November 2016 email to Robbie Manson from A-G Office

Dear Mr Manson

We are continuing to consider the complex issues raised in your application for the Attorney General’s consent. There are two matters which we wanted to bring to your attention:

  1. Please can you provide a draft indictment for the offence which you seek consent for.

  1. Your application stated that the evidence you rely on “at this stage is not exhaustive”. As we set out in earlier correspondence, any request for consent is considered on the basis of the evidence provided so please ensure that all of the evidence which you propose to rely upon has been submitted to this Office.

Kind regards

Craig Hollands
